Below are a few of the principles Paradigm adopts in working with its customers:

Our first job with any new customer is to show that we can be trusted. Software
Development is a partnership, not a battle of wits.

Specifications are a tool for working toward a successful product, not a 'stone to hang
around a clients neck'. Specifications aren't always correct at the start, but they are a
valuable way of documenting mutually agreed requirements.

The partnership isn't finished when a product gets installed. Few products stay at the first revision, and even the best products need support at some time.

The client doesn't pay for our mistakes.
